Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are dedicated to providing high-quality archery training and appreciate your understanding of our scheduling policies.

✅ Single Sessions

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.

✅ Multi-Session Packages

• Refunds for unused sessions in a package are available within 30 days of purchase, minus any sessions already used (charged at the single-session rate).

• Packages must be used within 3 months from the purchase date.

✅ No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.

To request a refund, reschedule, or discuss your booking, please contact me at darrenjmorse@gmail.com with your details. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
