Release of Liability

Knowing the risks attendent to participation in an archery tournament, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and to hold harmless the Texas State Longbow, Inc., its officers, members and agents, and the promotors, sponsors, promoting clubs, and officials for damages, death, personal injury, or property damage that I may incur, or what may subsequently occur to me as a result of my attendance at and/or participation in the Texas State Longbow Championship in Fort Worth, Texas. Participants under the age of 18 must have release signed by parent or guardian.

I agree to the TSLB liability waiver and assume all risks associated with participation.
